The Very Rev. Canon Lawrence H. Hill – Fr. Hill serves as the Dean of the Cathedral and Canon to the Ordinary for the Missionary Diocese of All Saints. He is the founding pastor of Holy Trinity, which began in 1995. Fr. Hill has served churches in Pennsylvania, Virginia and Maryland and has taught Old Testament and Biblical Languages at Trinity School for Ministry. He was named Canon to the Ordinary in April of 2011.
Fr. Hill graduated from Columbia International University with a B.A. in Biblical Studies and from Westminster Theological Seminary with an M. Div. He was ordained in the Diocese of Pittsburgh in 1983.
Along with his wife, Lenore, he has been serving in the Ocean City – Berlin communities since 1987. They have four children and three grandchildren.
The Rt. Rev. Richard Lipka – Bishop Lipka is the Suffragan (Assisting) Bishop of the Missionary Diocese of All Saints and Bishop-in-residence at Holy Trinity. He was ordained a priest in 1966 in Rome, Italy. He has served as senior pastor of churches in several states on the mainland United States and in Hawaii in the Roman Catholic Church and the Episcopal Church. He has been active in the renewal movement in liturgical churches since 1978. He has taught seminars and written articles in the areas of practical application of the Bible to daily life. Bishop Lipka founded the Church of the Risen Lord in Honolulu, Hawaii and was consecrated Bishop of the Diocese of the Hawaiian Islands and the American Protectorates in the Pacific in 1995 for the Charismatic Episcopal Church. In 2004 he moved to Maryland to serve as the Diocesan Bishop for the Delmarva Peninsula.
Bishop Lipka is a graduate of St. Mary’s College (B.A.); the Pontifical Gregorian University (S.T.B.); St. Mary’s Seminary (M.A.); and the University of Maryland (M.S.W.). He has pursued doctoral studies at Fuller Theological Seminary and the International College and Graduate School. He was part of the faculty of St. Michael’s Seminary (CEC) in Hawaii. He is a licensed clinical social worker and a diplomate of the American Association of Pastoral Counselors..
Bishop Lipka was born and raised in Wilmington, DE. He is married and the father of four. His wife, Susan, and his family, are active in ministries at Holy Trinity Cathedral and in the Diocese.
The Rev. Fr. Joseph D. Trollinger – Fr. Trollinger has served Holy Trinity Cathedral since its inception in December 1995. He received his ministry training at St. Michael’s Seminary in Libertytown, MD, and was ordained to the priesthood in August 1996.
After serving in the military Fr. Trollinger spent seven years in night school while holding down a full time position with the federal government in Washington, D.C. Upon graduation he received a BS in Business Management from Southeastern University. His thirty year service within the government was spent as a supervisory purchasing agent and supervisory contracting officer.
Ministries within which Fr. Joseph has served are Board of Directors of Your House, Inc., a ministry serving youth and young adults in Loudoun County, Va; and Board of Directors for Breakthrough Intercessors, a world-wide intercessory prayer ministry located in Lincoln, Va. Upon moving to the Delmarva Peninsula, Fr. Joseph has served on the Board of Directors for the Ocean City Christian School; President of the Ocean City Ministerial Association, and Chaplain for the Ocean City Police Department.
Fr. Joseph has been married for 49 years to the former Regina Joan Gardner and God has blessed this union with 4 children and 14 grandchildren.
The Rev. Fr. Thomas Vece – Fr. Tom has been assigned to Holy Trinity Cathedral as an assistant priest since 2009. He commutes with his family from Annandale, VA monthly to celebrate the Mass and/or preach the sermon as needed. He performs a similar role at Christ our Redeemer Church in Lynchburg, VA. Both Fr. Tom and his wife, Lora, have been involved in the Franciscan movement for years and are founding members of the diocesan based Order of the Franciscan Servants of Jesus. He has previously served as a Deacon. Catechist and Youth Leader in churches in Fairfax, VA and Lewistown, MD.
Before answering the call to ordained ministry, Fr. Tom served for twenty years in the United States Navy as a nuclear submarine officer. He holds a Masters Degree in Ministry from Holy Trinity Theological Seminary in Libertytown, MD; a Masters Degree in Electrical Engineering from the Naval Postgraduate School in Monterey, CA; and a Bachelors Degree in Physics from Loyola University of Chicago. He and his wife of 25+ years have three children.
The Rev. Dn. Robert Graulich – Deacon Bob has worshiped at Holy Trinity since 2005 and has served the Lord as a deacon since 1996. God has also given to him and his wife, Karen, a heart for hospitality and they offer their guest cottage at their home for quiet retreats and relaxation to God’s people. God has blessed them with a wonderful marriage of 29 years and given them four children and seven grandchildren to love and enjoy ( and three good dogs)! Deacon Bob works in his son’s construction company in Delaware. He also enjoys woodworking, gardening, fishing and hunting. He and Karen reside in beautiful Lewes, De.
He assists at Sunday service and in the pastoral care ministry, taking Holy Communion to the hospital and homes of those that cannot attend church. Dn. Joeseph also coordinates the Men’s Breakfast and Bible Study, and assists with Vacation Bible School and other functions at Holy Trinity.
Dn. Joseph served in World War II and is a retired engineer. He is a widower and has 4 children, 10 grand children, and 3 great grandchildren.
Mrs. Karen Graulich – Karen has served as Parish secretary since 2006 and is also a co-leader in Holy Trinity’s Healing Ministry. God has given he a heart for worship and hospitality and is so grateful for her husband, Deacon Bob, and the life God has given them. Bob and Karen are blessed to enjoy their children and seven grandchildren on a regular basis, and they love to garden and cook together at their home in Lewes, De.
Mrs. Gloria Dzambo – Gloria, who is a founding member of Holy Trinity, volunteers at the cathedral on a regular basis as an administrative assistant. She also ministers as a lector; a healing minister and a member of the worship team. She and her husband Don take the lead in maintaining the church grounds. She has a degree in health and physical education and a master’s in secondary education from Towson University. She has taught junior high/middle school for 31 years in Anne Arundel County. Gloria and Don share 5 children and 7 grandchildren, who always visit in the summer and enjoy the beach.
Mr. & Mrs. Mike Flynn – Mike and Shannon are graduates of the Shenandoah Conservatory of Music. Mike and Shannon have served churches in Ocean City, MD. and Calvert County, Md. They have extensive experience in church music and drama, and are well-known in the community for their direction of plays and musicals. We are tremendously blessed to have them serve on our staff. The Flynns have three children and one grandchild.
