All Women who are members of Holy Trinity are welcome and encouraged to attend our meetings and functions and are also encouraged to bring a friend.
The Mission Statement of The Women of Trinity is: To work together as the daughters of Christ, using our gifts and sharing times as we strengthen each other and build up the body at Holy Trinity. It is our goal to “serve Him with wholehearted devotion and with a willing mind”
I Chronicles 28:9.
We consider that every women in the parish is a member of The Women of Trinity but not all women participate in our projects.
Our main project for the year is Operation Christmas Child which is a ministry of Samaritan’s Purse under the direction of Franklin
Graham. This year we filled 100 shoe boxes which are shipped to needy children mostly in third world countries but some also go to children in the United States. This project is organized by The Women of Trinity but all members of the congregation have the opportunity throughout the year to contribute items to fill the boxes and many parishioners take boxes home and fill them.
In addition The Women of Trinity are the main fellowship arm of our parish. We organize the coffee hour fellowship held after church as well as the parish dinners and receptions held primarily after funerals.
We have been meeting on the 2nd Monday of the month during most of the year but may meet less in 2018.
