Announcements

July has been our Mortgage Independence Month and God has truly blessed us through your special offerings! Thank you so much Holy Trinity family! The new total given to put towards our mortgage is $6,939.00. We will now be able to make 2 extra mortgage payments!  Praise God from whom all blessings flow!

The SonKids are having a pool party on Saturday, August 22nd  from 11:00 am – 3:00 pm at the Mitchell’s!! Let Geri or Leann know if you can come! Don’t forget to bring a towel and a snack to share! Pizza and drinks will be provided.

The beautiful needle point of the Last Supper, which now hangs in our Narthex, was given to Holy Trinity by the Nigerian church that the Aroh family once belonged to. We are so blessed to have this treasure! If you would like to give towards the framing cost, it would be greatly appreciated! There is a box near the hanging in the Narthex if you would like to contribute. Thank you so much!

Will you consider helping out once a month with the upkeep of the church grounds?  Weeding, trimming, grass mowing & weed whacking need to be done weekly.  Please sign up at the in the hallway. Thanks!

Bakers and packagers are still needed for our Farmer’s Market Outreach! YOU can be a part of this important ministry to our community right from your own kitchen! We really need your help, so please see Vicki Ray and ask her what you can do. Thank you so much!

The Women of Trinity continue to thank you for your support of Operation Christmas Child. We have an abundance of toothbrushes, but need TOOTHPASTE (can buy large size of some brands at Walmart for $1.00).  We also need HAIRBRUSHES.

A Note of Thanks from Our Bishop:

My Dear Holy Trinity Family,

I cannot find the words to express my deepest and sincerest appreciation to all of you for making Sunday so very special to me and my family. What a wonderful celebration of the 20th Anniversary of my Consecration as a Bishop. The Eucharist Worship was for me a deep encounter with the “Bread from Heaven,” and “The Bread of Life.”  Mike & Shannon, the music was most helpful in bringing all of us into the Throne Room. I want to thank all of you who participated in that time of Worship. I also want to thank all of you who arranged that wonderful reception after Holy Eucharist. It was a truly wonderful feast, and I am grateful to all of you who made the day so special for me. Most of all I want to thank you for being my “Church Family.”  Your love is a genuine and visible expression of the Love of the Lord. Remember that His Love never fails, never gives up, and never runs out on us! We can count on it, because He promised it!

A.M.D.G.   ✝ Bishop Rich
