Announcements

The SonKids are having a Chili/Soup/Salad Sale today after church! Get your Super Bowl Sunday started right!

Make Super Bowl Sunday a Souper Bowl Sunday by helping our food pantry with soups and crackers! We will be accepting donations through next Sunday too!

If you have palms from last Palm Sunday, please bring them in to be burned for Ash Wednesday. A basket is provided in the Narthex for your palms.

Shrove Tuesday Pancake Supper is on Tuesday, February 28th at 6:00 pm, hosted by the Men of Trinity. Come out for some good pancakes & sausage and fellowship! Sign up sheet is on the lectern in the hallway. Also, 3 griddles are needed if you have one. Thank you!

In preparation for Easter, a Spring Work Day is planned for Saturday, April 1st. Please mark your calendar!

Our MDAS Diocesan Retreat and Synod is coming soon!   We will gather at the Dunes Manor Hotel in Ocean City Thursday, March 23 – Saturday, March 25. Everyone is welcome to attend! Brochures and registration forms can be found in the narthex. Please see Gloria Dzambo for all the details.

If you ordered the sermon series on Spiritual Warfare by Fr. Larry, they are on Karen’s desk in the office and are $20.00 per set (to cover cost of reproducing). Thank you!

The Women of Trinity are now starting our 2017 collections for this year’s Operation Christmas Child boxes, requesting that during January you donate wash cloths and/or Ivory Soap; we specifically request Ivory Soap because “it floats” and often the children who receive the Christmas Boxes bathe in a river and if the soap is dropped, and it does not float, it will get lost on the bottom. When you bring in your donations, please drop them in the wire basket by the front door in the Narthex, And again, “Thank You”.

Volunteers are needed for the upcoming Eastern Shore Mission of Mercy (MOM) where 1,200+ needy patients from Maryland and Delaware were given Desperately needed dental care last year. The MOM will be held at the Wicomico Youth and Civic Center March 10-11. Please see Dr. Bill Plack for details, and,  www.easternshoremissionofmercy.org

Ministry to the Sick – If you know of someone in our church who is homebound from illness, recovering from surgery, etc, or is in the hospital or nursing care facility, and would like to receive Communion & prayer for healing, please see our deacons.

Sermon CDs are available each Sunday and may be purchased for $3.00 each.  Please see Butch Connors at the PA table and designate “CD” on your check.
