The beautiful poinsettias adorning the Altar are being offered to the Glory of God on this holy morning and in loving memory and in thanksgiving for those listed in the bulletin.

Ministry to the Sick – If you know of someone in our church who is homebound from illness, recovering from surgery, etc, or is in the hospital or nursing care facility, and would like to receive Communion & prayer for healing, please see our deacons.

Sermon CDs are available each Sunday and may be purchased for $3.00 each.  Please see Butch Connors at the PA table and designate “CD” on your check.

The SonKids are having their Christmas Pageant today! And as a special treat, there will be a movie time after the service. Come join us for a Charlie Brown Christmas! 

Following the Worship Service today we will “Green the Church” in preparation for Christmas. If you can stay and help we would greatly appreciate it! Thank you!

Our Candlelight Christmas Eve Service is at 7:00 pm on Saturday. Please invite your family and friends to come worship our Lord Jesus on the night of His birth. All children are especially welcome and pjs are appropriate!

Christmas Day Holy Eucharist is at 10:00 on Sunday.

Your 2017 Tithe Envelopes are ready to be picked up in the Narthex. Thank you!

Deacon David will be in the Narthex today after church selling copies of the book, Chicken Soup for the Soul: The Joy of Christmas. Proceeds will benefit AFL as they work to protect the dignity of life from conception to natural death. Today is the last day to get your copy!

Nominations for the next three year Vestry term are now open.  Please prayerfully consider who you believe God would have you nominate.  Then submit that name to Fr. Larry.  Please do not speak to your nominee about your proposed nomination.  The Vestry will do that as led by the Lord.

The School of Healing Prayer will conclude this week on  Tuesday, December 13th at 10:00 am.

A festive evening is being planned for our Christmas Dinner next Sunday, December 11th at 6:00 pm. Please invite your family and friends to enjoy this special night of celebrating the birth of our Savior!  Baked ham & beverages will be provided; please bring a covered dish or dessert to share. Sign up sheet is on the podium in the hallway.

From the SonKids: The Middle School SonKids want to thank Fr. Larry and the Vestry for their support. We had an awesome experience at the Alive Conference!
